GeniusCom (Genius Communications & IT Services Pty Ltd) has been registered as a company on the 8th of November 2006 and soon after has begin operating as Commander Centre Sydney, an independently owned and operated franchise of Commander Australia Ltd, covering exclusively the Sydney CBD and Inner West suburbs. The main activities were to sell, install and maintain Key Telephone Systems hardware and related software, as well as network services such as fixed line (PSTN/ISDN), mobile services and handsets and data services (xDSL and IP VPN) to the SMB (under 200 employees) market in the assigned territory. As Commander has been placed in Liquidation due to financial problems and ultimately split and sold off, we have severed our relationship with them and sought a relationship with Optus in order to be able to offer our customers and end to end solution for their Telecommunications requirements.
