A non profit, volunteer organisation providing services, events, on line magazine, student work experience insurance, workshops, conference, sports carnival, email/phone support, and advocacy as well as information for all home educating families across Western Australia. HBLN covers the entire state of WA and welcomes families in remote and rural families to contact them for support and information.
